Lily Hill Farm is 12 miles west of Scotch Corner and 5 miles south of the historic market town of Barnard Castle. At Barnard Castle you can visit the Bowes museum, the Castle Ruins and the many antique shops.
We are central for touring the Yorkshire dales by car or if you like walking you can explore the dales on foot, and enjoy the wonderful scenery and wildlife in the area.
High Force, the highest waterfall in England is only half an hour away and we are only 40 minutes away from Durham City and 1 Hour away from the Lake District.
Also within an hours drive are Beamish Open-air Museum, Newcastle and the Metro Centre, the Lake District and, Hadrian’s Wall
The nearest main transport hubs are Durham-Tees Valley airport, Newcastle airport and Darlington Railway Station.
